There is no extra subscriptions cost to receive information from the On-The Go Service, but standard message rates and data charges from your carrier may apply to sending and/or receiving text messages.   • On your mobile phone, send a new text message to 72345. In the message body, include "Maxim" followed by the Item Number you are inquiring about.
  • Click Send

Maxim On-The Go will send a text message back to you with the following information:

  • Item Number
  • Description
  • Measurements
  • Lamping
  • Stock Availability (West Coast & East Coast)

You can also check a specific stock quantity for both the West Coast and East Coast of the item you just inquired about.

 

California (West Coast) Inventory

  • In the message body type "CA" followed by the desired quantities.
  • Click Send

 

East Coast Inventory

  • In the message body type "EC" followed by the desired quantities.
  • Click Send

If the requested stock quantity is available, you will receive a message that says "Quantity Requested Available"

If the requested stock quantity is not available, you will receive a message that says "Need to Contact Customer Service"
