Maxim On-The Go Service
 

 

 

We introduced our new On-The Go service this week. Simply text "Maxim" or "ET2" to 41411 to get started. The On-The Go service allows you to get product information including stock availability. Try this free service today!

There is no extra subscriptions cost to receive information from the On-The Go Service, but standard message rates and data charges from your carrier may apply to sending and/or receiving text messages. Check with your carrier if you have questions about your plan and costs. For more information on the On-The Go Service, please email onthego@maximlighting.com

 
  1. On your mobile phone, send a new text message to 41411. In the message body, include "Maxim" followed by the Item Number you are inquiring about.
  2. Click Send

 
     
 

Maxim On-The Go will send a text message back to you with the following information:

  • Item Number
  • Description
  • Measurements
  • Lamping
  • Stock Availability in West Coast and East Coast
     
 

You can also check a specific stock quantity for both the West Coast and East Coast of the item you just inquired about.

California (West Coast) Inventory

  1. In the message body type "CA" followed by the desired quantities.
  2. Click Send

East Coast Inventory

  1. In the message body type "EC" followed by the desired quantities.
  2. Click Send

 
     
 

If the requested stock quantity is available, you will receive a message that says "Quantity Requested Available"

If the requested stock quantity is not available, you will receive a message that says "Need to Contact Customer Service"
